ARRT Registered CT and X-Ray Technologist - Part-Time
St. Vincent Hospital in Leadville, CO, is seeking a part time ARRT X-Ray/CT registered technologist. Call and some weekend days required. St. Vincent is a Critical Access Hospital serving Lake County and the surrounding area.
The position is responsible for a wide variety of professional technical radiologic procedures exercising discretion and independent judgment in the application of ionizing radiation for demonstration of normal and abnormal anatomical variants for patients of St. Vincent General Hospital.

To perform the job successfully the employee must demonstrate an accuracy and consistency in knowledge of equipment operations, techniques, positioning, radiation protection, basic patient care and department procedures.
Language and Computer Skills
- Verbal and written communications.
- Proficient use and understanding of medical terminology, medical equipment, HIPPA compliance and OSHA rules and regulations.
- Computer and typing proficiency.
- Appropriate application of policies, procedures, regulations and verbal instruction.
- Ability to cope with stressful situations and maintain communication skills throughout times of stress.
Required Certificates, License, Registrations
- Graduate of an approved school of radiologic technology or diploma program.
- Current Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Sub specialty computed tomography (CT) ARRT registered required.
- BLS certification required.
- ARRT certified in X-ray.
- ARRT certified in CT.
